- QUESTIONS
Before you buy.
The things our showroom teams are asked most often.
Can I see the products before I buy?
Yes. Both Harrington experience centres in Hatirpool, Dhaka have live displays — working faucets, showers and smart commodes you can operate yourself. Walk in during opening hours, or book a consultation slot if you want a team member reserved for you.
Do you install what you sell?
Yes. Installation is handled by our own technicians rather than left to you to arrange. Fitting is scheduled after delivery, and the team checks water connections, alignment and operation before they leave.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Deliveries are arranged from Dhaka. Coverage, charges and lead time depend on your location and the size of the order confirm both with the showroom team when you place it, especially for bathtubs and shower enclosures.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Harrington product carries warranty coverage, with the term and terms varying by category — ceramic, mechanisms and electronics are not treated the same. The coverage for an individual piece is confirmed at purchase, and our after-sales team handles claims.
Can I get spare parts and servicing later?
Yes. Consumable parts cartridges, seals, flush mechanisms, seat hinges — are the ones most likely to need replacing, and our after-sales team sources them for products bought from us. Contact either experience centre with your product code.
What do I need in place before a smart commode is installed?
Three things: a grounded, RCD-protected power socket close to the unit, an accessible shut-off valve on the water line, and a drain rough-in that matches the model. Water pressure also needs to meet the model’s minimum — on upper floors of older buildings a small booster pump is sometimes needed.
