WARRANTY POLICY
Harrington warrants this product against defects in materials and the workmanship under normal residential use for a time period of 1 to 20 years on certain products as long as it is owned by the original consumer purchaser.
This warranty is provided for the exclusive benefit of the initial consumer purchaser or owner. This warranty is non-transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners. This warranty applies only to purchases that are purchased and installed in Bangladesh.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, Harrington will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge. The replaced product then shall become the sole property of Harrington The decision whether to repair or replace is determined by Harrington in its sole discretion. Proof of purchase must be provided to Harrington with all warranty claims.
Exclusions & Limitations
Valid Purchase Requirement: The official warranty applies only to products bought from Harrington’s flagship stores, authorized dealers, or showrooms in Bangladesh.
Obstruction Damage: The warranty does not cover blockages caused by foreign objects (e.g., toys, plastic bags, etc.) in toilets or drainage systems.
Natural Disasters: Damage due to fire, floods, earthquakes, storms, or other natural calamities is not covered.
Chemical Damage: The use of harsh or acidic cleaning agents that harm the product voids the warranty.
Improper Use or Installation: Defects caused by unauthorized parts, incorrect installation, mishandling, improper maintenance, relocation, or repairs by non-authorized personnel are excluded.
Installation & Repair Risks: Harrington is not liable for any damage occurring during installation, repair, or replacement.
Electrical & External Factors: Damage from power surges, lightning strikes, faulty wiring, or improper electrical connections is not covered.
Mirror Corrosion (Bangladesh Climate):
Minor edge corrosion (under 2mm) is normal due to environmental conditions.
Warranty applies only if corrosion exceeds 2mm within the first year.
Important: To claim warranty for mirrors, the damaged product must be returned to Harrington.
Warranty Claim Process
Keep the warranty document along with your purchase receipt.
For service requests, contact the authorized dealer where the product was purchased or reach out directly to Harrington.
Submit a video of the defect via Harrington’s hotline, social media, or email.
Harrington will respond within 72 working hours (within Dhaka) after verification.
Customers must provide access for inspection/repair. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.
