RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At HARRINGTON, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely happy, we offer straightforward return and refund options (excluding shipping fees). Here’s what you need to know:
Return Guidelines:
- Initiate Your Return
To start the process, please call our customer care team at +88 01800000000 and share the reason for your return. - Required Documents
For a smooth experience, have your original invoice and delivery challan ready when processing your return. - Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original, unopened packaging with HARRINGTON seals intact. This applies to both online and in-store purchases. - Condition of Items
By accepting the delivery challan, you confirm the product was received in good condition. Returns will only be accepted if the packaging remains undamaged. - Payment Terms for Stock Orders
For bulk purchases:- A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order.
- The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of purchase.
- If full payment isn’t received, we’ll only reserve stock equivalent to the amount paid during this 30-day period.
- One-Time Adjustment
Each invoice qualifies for a single return, exchange, or modification. - Crate/Packaging charge:
Outside Dhaka, customers will need to pay for the crate/packaging charge. Crate/packaging HARRINGTON will not be responsible for any transportation & Courier damage - Policy Compliance
HARRINGTON reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the above conditions aren’t met.
Refund Process:
We aim to make refunds hassle-free:
- Refunds will be issued for the product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Once your return is approved, we’ll process the refund via your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Note:
- Custom-made or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- For exchanges, the new product will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you experience any issues with your purchase after leaving our showroom (such as cracks, missing components, or damage during installation), please notify our sales team immediately at the point of purchase. We honor returns/exchanges only for verified manufacturing defects. Kindly review the warranty terms included with your product for coverage details.
You have 15 days from the purchase date to initiate returns. Products must be in their original, unopened HARRINGTON packaging with all seals intact. This policy applies to both online orders and in-store purchases.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after Head Office verification. You’ll collect your refund at the original purchase location via the original payment method (cash/cheque).
- Visit the showroom with these documents:
- Original invoice & delivery challan
- Undamaged product packaging
- Warranty card
- Consult the sales manager
- Head Office reviews your case
- Resolution within 7 working days
- Complete your exchange/refund on-site
If unclaimed after 7 days, the refund voucher and product will be returned to Head Office, canceling the transaction. You may restart the process by reapplying through standard procedures.
