Job Context 

Harrington, a premium luxury building materials brand, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive – Marketing & Communication to build strong relationships with architectural firms, drive brand specification, and generate architect-led sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Visit and engage with developers, architects, industries, corporate offices, and key decision-makers.
• Identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular client visits, networking, and follow-ups.
• Understand clients’ project requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, business meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Build long-term partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and client retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
• Proven experience working with developers, architects, consultants, industries, corporate offices, or other corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in achieving business goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
