Job Context:

Harrington, a prestigious luxury brand, is looking for a passionate and well-presented Executive – Customer Relations to join our team at the Harrington Experience Center.

Role Overview

As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the face of Harrington, responsible for creating an exceptional and luxurious customer experience through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with Harrington customers
  • Welcome and assist customers at the Harrington Experience Center
  • Ensure a premium, luxury ambiance and brand experience at all times
  • Address customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Build long-term customer relationships aligned with Harrington’s brand values
Qualifications
  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, customer-focused, and service-oriented mindset
