BOOKING POLICY

At Harrington, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer more than just premium products; we offer a seamless, worry-free experience. From climate-controlled storage to flexible modifications, our booking policy ensures your investment is protected and handled with the utmost care until you are ready for delivery.

Please review the key points of our policy below:

  1. Booking Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required to reserve your selected items. The remaining balance must be settled within 30 days of the SO (Sales Order) date. If payment is not cleared within 30 days, the customer will get another 30 days for payment, but Harrington will not guarantee to provide all booked material; the customer needs to choose from the available material as per the updated price. Failure to do so will result in the order being treated as a stock item, and Harrington will be responsible for its sale.
  2. Complimentary Holding: Once your booking deposit of 100% is received, your pricing is protected by Harrington. We treat your products as our own, keeping them in a dust-free, climate-controlled environment until your site is ready.
  3. Easy Modifications: You may exchange your booked items for any other in-stock product of equal or greater value at any time before delivery, provided the original items remain in our warehouse as per the product’s updated price.

 

Review and Compliance: Harrington management reserves the right to periodically review and modify these terms to ensure operational compliance. All updates are subject to management discretion based on evolving business requirements.
