Harrington, a prestigious luxury brand, is looking for a passionate and well-presented Executive – Customer Relations to join our team at the Harrington Experience Center.
Role Overview
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the face of Harrington, responsible for creating an exceptional and luxurious customer experience through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional and effective communication with Harrington customers
- Welcome and assist customers at the Harrington Experience Center
- Ensure a premium, luxury ambiance and brand experience at all times
- Address customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams when required
- Build long-term customer relationships aligned with Harrington’s brand values
Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, customer-focused, and service-oriented mindset
